I finally got it to work by following these steps: Open your Internet brower and select: 1) Tools > 2) Internet Options > 3) Programs > 4) Manage Add-ons > 5) Where as when I attempt the HP or microsoft websites for such a solution, they beat around the bush (like all the time). The ActiveX Filtering feature, which is always disabled by default, offers an easier way to keep your internet browsing activity safe. TY SO MUCH!!!
