That could be due to a bad fuse, a bad blower motor resistor or loose wiring. There are two cooling fans, as others have already posted. For the past couple years our air and heat has not worked. I have checked fan fuses and everything.
My guess is that the reason why you over heated is because of the fans not working properly. 2 out of 2 people think this is helpful. Hopefully, you just blew a fuse so try locating the fuse panel and checking the fuse for the blower. They are usually very easy to change yourself. Can anyone help with what the problem could be?
