I have checked the bulbs, they haven't blown and I have also checked some of the fuses on the front passenger junction box fuse board. No power at the fuse would indicate a wiring fault possibly in the fuse block or in the wiring between the fuse block and the battery. If you step on the brakes the front running light comes on. Basically if you getting 0v when switched, you know the switch contacts have failed.
