Go to your Galaxy S5, go to its System Settings, Go to Trusted Bluetooth Devices, if you see Sync, then Delete it. Touch Phone > Settings > Bluetooth Devices > [select your phone] > Delete 3. First got the car, paired our 2 phones - everything worked great, Bluetooth connected no problem, usb stick no problem.

If you haven't already, register (or log into) support.ford.com to verify that your Edge has the latest MyFord Touch software. Yup I've tried cycling the power, turning on and off the bluetooth, and deleting all of the bluetooth devices from the sync database a few times now with no luck. There is option in settings, or pull fuse (good luck getting to it, stupidest design any car maker could come up with for mounting fuse box), or disconnect battery for 10 I had to turn on a MAP profile in the car setup.
A real pain. Update your iPhone's iOS.
