On XP days there was a UBCD4Win, which once started offered many system tools among them system restore tool. I want to format and I don't know how else to! My computer worked fine for 1,5 week. F11 Hp Recovery Doesn't Work

any ideas???? really I was gonna buy a set of recovery CDs in 5 mins without this post. Does anyone know how to get the recovery utility that runs within the OS?

Technically I am able to boot the partition, but the problem occurs when the partition needs to boot into WinRE or WinPE I guess so that the recovery can start.
